Delivery service
Fulfilment of your order is managed by Sport Specials with delivery handled by DHL.
Orders placed before 12.00h are dispatched the same day on a 2-day service. Orders received after 12.00h are dispatched on the next working day – for example, if the order is placed on Friday it will be despatched on Monday.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. If the 2-day delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next day.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE BENELUX
We currently deliver to other EU countries with goods dispatched by DHL on a 2-4 day service.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
We aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier.
