Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase or delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- Include all original tags
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by the packing slip
How to Start a Return
You can request a return through your account under “Orders” by selecting the item and submitting a return request with the reason for return
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and provide further instructions.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For items over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@goodr.nl so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for non-defective items. The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order once your return is accepted
If your item is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement within 6 months of purchase, provided it has been used according to care instructions.
To request a replacement, email contact@goodr.nl with:
- Order number
- Product code, description, and quantity
- Reason for exchange
- A clear image showing the defect or damage
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Once we receive the item (if required), a replacement will be sent.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification.
Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank
